Darkfirebird's Pet Mod Final

Overview:
+Edits the Character Creation layout to be scrollable for Pets.
+Allows you to pick from 39!! current pets
+Does not use the original games pet info. All are recreated to avoid conflicts. ( Even Dog and Cat )
+They do not 'transform' into a Dog or Cat after using fishes! They are PERMANENTLY what you pick. You can still use fishes to your desires.

Emberfiend Crafting Mod BETAv.1.0

This mod is dedicated to the folks over at Runic Games! Thanks guys!
Don't be fooled by the compressed file size! Once extracted, the Emberfiend Crafting Mod adds over 10MB of data to your mods folder!

This mod introduces a crafting system to Torchlight, as well as a couple of companions to keep a hero company. In its beta stages, the mod is largely incomplete. However, there are several useful additions included with the BETA such as:

  • The ability to create/enhance certain weapons (once unlocked).
  • The ability to enchant by use of a shrine, requiring a certain tool and resource to perform the enchantment (once unlocked).
  • The ability to disenchant magical weapons so that they can be exchanged in this way for a resource instead of always selling them for gold.
  • All normal weapons have been basically tripled, in that all normal weapons that would normally spawn now also have base 'cold' and 'hot' versions. (the poison and lightning versions are planned for later release)
  • A healing shrine has been built in the town of Torchlight to help all the eager adventurers pouring in to help with the underground war. It is located near the town portal location for easy access upon return to town.
  • Additional stash boxes have been added in a few places to compliment the crafting system.
  • Merchants/NPC's to help the introduction of the mod 'make sense' in the game.
  • A glyph system for spellcasting that will allow players to cast spells using the glyphs until the power within the glyph fades. This will free up a spell slot, while still allowing repeated casting of the spell. This release does not include all spells, but all spells are planned to be included.
  • The ability to combine 20 scrolls into the spell, which allows repeated casting of the spell. Only available for certain utility spells at this time.
  • 2 companions will be available with this release, able to be recruited and disbanded repeatedly.

 
I hope this can help modders and gamers alike to enjoy Torchlight even more. There are several features within this mod that utilize logic groups and questlines in order to give the end result you see. Many aspects of this mod I have not seen used in such a way in other mods, so I hope that it will encourage the development of new mods around the same way of thinking. By basically reverse-engineering what I've done here modders should be able to create their own companions,  workbenches, resource nodes, etc. Eventually, the whole of Emberfiend will basically make the world of Torchlight a TON more interactable and offer players a lot more things to do with their time there. Enchanter Mod

Alchemekanic Skin

Silver_Alchemist

I don't know about you, but i didn't really care for the golden hardware and dark coloring of the alchemist's original start armor. This mod lightens the color of the armor, and changes all buckles, etc., including the gauntlet from gold to silver. The beard he is pictured with is not included in this mod only the changes to the armor. However it can be downloaded from this site.
